   You must be running an active business with live campaigns or a working website.
   We’ll audit your past performance through Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics to set accurate benchmarks.
3. We Execute & Optimise
   Our expert team takes full control of campaign strategy, creative direction, and optimisation.
4. We Track, Report & Deliver
   If we don’t improve your results within 90 days — we’ll continue working at no additional cost until we do.

Our Performance Guarantees

1. Performance Marketing (Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads)

We will reduce your Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) by at least 20% within 90 days — or we’ll continue managing your campaigns for free until we hit that target.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

• Rank 10% of your targeted keywords on Page 1 within 90 days of implementing our recommendations.
• Rank 20% within 180 days.
• Rank 50% within 365 days.

• Increase new organic users by 10%–20% within 90 days.
• Increase new organic users by 20%–40% within 180 days.
• Increase new organic users by 40%–100% within 365 days.

3. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

We’ll increase your conversion rate from paid ad campaigns by at least 20% within 90 days through data-backed split testing, funnel optimization, and landing page improvements tailored to your ad traffic.

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure fairness and transparency, the following must apply:

• Your business is active and currently trading (not new or inactive).
• You must have historical performance data from at least one live campaign.
• You provide full access to relevant accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console & Google Tag Manager).
• You agree not to make unapproved changes to active campaigns or website elements.
• All invoices are paid on time, and campaigns are not paused or disrupted.

Advertising spend (paid directly to Google, Meta, etc.) is not refundable or covered by this guarantee.

How We Verify Performance

Before starting, our team will audit your data to confirm proper tracking and benchmark accuracy.
We’ll ensure your results are measured fairly and transparently.

Our comparisons are always like-for-like — we don’t compare different products, audiences, budgets, or seasonal conditions.

For example, comparing a $10,000 campaign for a Singapore local brand with a $50,000 nationwide campaign wouldn’t be valid.

What If You’re Not Eligible?

If your business doesn’t yet meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., no previous campaigns or tracking data), don’t worry.

We’ll first run a Performance Baseline Phase (4–12 weeks) for your Performance Marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads to gather reliable data. Once that’s complete, your 90-day performance guarantee will be activated.

Guarantee Conditions

To keep your guarantee active:

• Payments must be made on time.
• Ads or SEO campaigns must run continuously (no pauses or changes).
• Minimum ad spend must remain consistent.
• Tracking codes must remain intact.
• The website must remain active and functional.

Any changes made against our recommendations (ads, keywords, design, etc.) may void the guarantee.
